We've been connected a little while on LinkedIn, but the reason why I'm reaching out to you today is because I saw a comment that you made on Sam Smith's LinkedIn post about adaptive trials in rare disease studies. It's piqued my interest because we've just released a white paper on that very topic.

So what I did is, I popped over to the website and I looked at your pipeline. I saw the OP101 study for porphyria that you're planning for early next year. I also went over to clinicaltrials.gov and looked at the details and could see that there was a lot that we're aligned with you about when it comes to that type of study.

In the 20 years we've been supporting rare diseases, we've actually supported Porphyria studies several times, and more recently in the last couple of years, we have actually been working in adaptive trial methodologies as well, specific to that therapeutic area. So naturally, we've learned a lot about the nuances involved in that therapeutic area, particularly when it comes to patient retention and recruitment, decentralized trials, and of course, adaptive trials as well within porphyria. So with that, we would love the opportunity to share what we've learned with you.
